Investaco is a trading style of The Mortgage Shop (South East) Ltd, which was founded in 1979. The business has grown to become a leading provider of services to the residential and property investment market, giving advice to thousands of clients each year.
The Mortgage Shop (South East) Ltd adopted the Investaco trading style in January 2009, in a bid to highlight the variety and range of services offered in addition to mortgages, such as insurance, loans, pensions and investments as well as our Premier Advice Club, which provides access to a whole range of benefits from reduced valuation fees to tax and legal advice.
We are not tied to any particular provider, which means we can source the whole of the market for your required products. We do however work hard to build relationships with lenders to ensure that clients receive the best possible, often exclusive rates.
Service Guarantees
Investaco is structured to relieve much of the confusion and stress involved in financing a property, right from any initial discussions through to the actual completion. We promise to:
• Source the whole of the market to identify the best product for you
• Assign one adviser and one administrator
• Be open and clear about our charges
• Manage the relationship with external organisations on your behalf
• Keep you regularly informed with all major developments
• Provide a response to all business enquiries within forty eight hours
• Not sell you products where they are not called for
• Provide continued advice and service throughout the life of your mortgage
• Keep you informed of products, rates and market news that may be beneficial
• Ensure that the advisers follow the correct in-house and statutory procedures
• Should you have any complaints, these will be dealt with in an independent manner and, in the case of regulated mortgages, in accordance with the FSA requirements.
