WITH PROFITS BONDS - With profits bonds are often described as a “half-way house” between direct equity investment and cash deposits and are usually invested across three main areas, equities, property and fixed interest securities.
OFFSHORE INVESTMENT BONDS – This type of investment offers the potential for tax efficient capital growth and the production of a monthly income and as with onshore bonds can be used quite efficiently for inheritance tax planning or within trusts.
UNIT AND INVESTMENT TRUSTS - A unit trust is a fund of stock market investments and fixed interest securities divided into equal portions called units. They provide a wide range of holdings in different securities and provide more security than could be obtained by buying shares direct with the same amount. An investment trust is a company which invests in the shares of other companies.
PROPERTY INVESTMENT - This may include Residential Property, Commercial Property or Overseas Property.
